4City Platform (“the platform”, “the website”, “us”, “us” and “our”) allows you (“You” and “the user”) to benefit from the microcredit services, to be a volunteer, and/or to donate to our website "http://4city.org". With the aim of reducing poverty and supporting local economies, we are increasing the access of low-income/poor people and entrepreneurs to capital through zero-interest loans using the crowdfunding approach.

About 4City Platform

4City Platform is a microfinance platform created and managed by DOOR organization (“DOOR”), DOOR is a non-governmental, independent, and non-profit organization, registered in Turkey on 05/29/2018 with registration number (27/021/158).

How we get your information?

We get your information when you do one of the following:

1. Register on the platform as a user, whether as a donor, volunteer or beneficiary (i.e. borrower)

2. Register for newsletter on the platform

3. Participate in one of the activities or events related to the platform

4. Participate in one of the research studies that we conduct on the platform.

The types of personal information we may keep about you:

1. Your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the photos that you upload to the platform

2. Your bank details if you are making a direct donation through the platform

3. Your previous donations and loan dates

4. Your credit information related to the properties if you apply for a loan

5. When appropriate, we may ask for your own concerns regarding our work.

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

As 4City Platform, we process personal data related to users for the purposes of providing services (in particular, securing financial obligations and volunteering services for entrepreneurs), taking into account the basic rights and freedoms of the platform users.

With your consent to the processing of your personal data, the personal data is processed according to the scope of your explicit and freely given consent. You can revoke your express consent at any time.

In this regard, 4City Platform will process personal data within the scope of the list listed below:

1. Studying and managing lending portfolios in order to develop lending services for entrepreneurs

2. Studying the risks associated with the lending process

3. Studying the levels of satisfaction of individuals who have access to services through the platform

4. Conduct public studies without mentioning your explicit information in order to provide useful information on microfinance to partner organizations and entrepreneurs.
